3 T-Tapp Moves to Transformation
Less is MORE with T-Tapp. You get a full body workout with just 3 T-Tapp moves. It's effective and time efficient for our busy life. 10 classes with 3 moves each! PLUS 3 different hoe downs for extra cardio!
T-Tapp has so many amazing moves that can be put together in lots of different ways. Giving you endless workout posibilities.
And the best part is you only have to do 3 moves to get an amazing full body workout.
That's right!
Only 3 moves!
With T-Tapp it really is all about LESS being MORE. You don't have to do hour long workouts with weights or big equipment to get the results you are looking for. It only takes 20 minutes of intentional, mindful movement.
In this class package you will get 10 workouts all under 20 minutes that only use 3 T-Tapp moves. I mix it up in every workout to give you plenty of variety too.
