Dear Beauty,

Do you enjoy walking and would love to be able to get the MOST out of every walk you take…whether it’s doing an online walking workout or taking a walk outside?

Me too!!!  I’ve always loved to walk. Walking is my “go to” when I need to clear my head, get away from my computer, see new sites, explore new cities and trails…

Most people say walking is the best exercise because you can’t get “hurt”.  That just isn’t true!

Walking is a repetitive movement and if you aren’t using proper biomechanics, you can end up in terrible pain.

That is exactly what happened to me about 20 years ago.  I got so depressed because the one activity I loved was causing me pain. I decided to figure out what was going on.

I studied with several movement therapists and learned a ton about what constitutes a good walking posture.

I was able to resume my own walking routine pain-free and I got another big benefit I wasn’t really expecting…I lost inches in my thighs, hips, belly, arms…pretty much everywhere.  And I was walking less than before!

Knowledge is POWER when it comes to getting the MOST out of your walk with LESS time and LESS Effort!

The stretch portion of these Stretch and Stride classes are designed to prepare your body for the walking.

They go perfectly together!

Easy to Follow and Fun to Do!  These classes are non-impact, joint friendly, under 35 minutes and easy to do!  But don't let that fool you.  They are super powerful and will give you the results you are looking for!

I can't wait to share this walking technique with you!

Let's walk together!

xoxo

Renee
