    Welcome to your Spicy Variety Recorded Class Package

    • How to use this class package to get the BEST results!

    Stretch Classes

    • 19 minute floor stretch. Spine stretch, spirals, back stretch to roll down. leg straight down with back flat. Ab breathing relaxation. knees in to roll ups. down dog with calf stretches. Up

    • 23 min stretch - began seated for a scan and then did the Lighthouse! Serious brain re-patterning and releasing long held contractions.

    • 60 min stretch - spine, heart activation, hip opener, seated twist, neck/shoulder/back release,full cat routine (5 flows), SI release. Ended with a cat/cow and done. I was so relaxed I could barely talk. Enjoy this class!

    • 60 min stretch - spine, heart activation, hip opener, seated twist, neck/shoulder/back release,full cat routine (5 flows), SI release. Ended with a cat/cow and done. I was so relaxed I could barely talk. Enjoy this class!

    Stretch and Sculpt Classes

    • 30 min class. Warm up and cardio moves. spine stretch and arm pumps, plies with different arm work. Side series stretches and onto a torso twist with calf/hip stretches. side stretch to back stretch. One set of waist twist and a set of hoe downs.

    • 38 minute activated class - back stretch, plies, side stretch, twist foot down, box to side, twist stretch, hoe downs backward count

    • 50 min class. Full body stretch and sculpt series. Arm pumps, leg lifts (might need either a pole or chair), plies, leg lifts with torso rotations then side crunches, back stretch move, waist twist stretch and the twist, hoe downs.

    Stretch and STRIDE (Walking) Classes

    • 30 Minute walking. Quite aerobic with lots of muscle activation. Short stretch at the end.

    • 30 minute walking class. Short stretch at the end but it's mostly moving!

    Floor Classes

    • 17 minute floor combo of deep, relaxed stretches and very focused strengthening moves. Groin/hamstring stretches, neck stretch to twist stretch and then rib stretch. Roll back to back stretches and then we were ...done.

    • 17 minute. Great hip/thigh/torso slimming moves. Onto back for roll down and wave. Then one arm sit up and end with new leg/h

    • 15 minute floor - Hip/thigh torso moves on ground. Sit ups and leg stretch
