They combine movements from our Gentle Somatic Yoga Class with moves from the T-Tapp Method to give you the best of the best.
Gentle Somatic Yoga is a very gentle, relaxing, yet powerful way to release the tension you are holding in your body. When you release this tension, you reduce aches and pains. Your flexibility and mobility improve. You start to feel more like your best, young self again.
These classes not only help you relax your muscles, they also relax your entire nervous system. There are 2 HUGE reasons this is mission critical
(1) This is one of the very best things you can do to relieve your…STRESS!!! Imagine all the benefits you might experience when you are able to simply relax! We spend most of our waking life with our nervous system in sympathetic "fight or flight" mode. These classes move you quickly into parasympathetic "rest and rejuvenate" mode.
(2) You will be doing "flows" that will re-train your brain to release the muscles it is holding in contracted, tight positions. When you relax your nervous system, it allows the brain to learn in a more fluid way.
Why Relaxation is Important
So many of my clients find they can finally get a good night’s sleep after taking these classes!!!
BTW…one of the reasons we develop insulin resistance is STRESS and our inability to get enough sleep. It creates excess belly fat that is so hard to burn off. 11 min floor stretch - Hip openers and inner thigh release! Ta da done!

15 min floor - roll downs, seated twist neck stretch, seated twist, in/outs, side torso stretches, front stretches.

15 min floor - roll downs, oip with heels up, half frogs using breath, inner thigh stretch to hip/groin opener. Done!

14 min floor - Extended linear stretch, pretty legs, hand/wrist/forearm flow. Git er down quick...

15 minute stretch. Began with a cat/cow, to hamstring release, hip release, inner thigh stretch, quad stretch...done!

16 minute Neck release and strengther and a series of shoulder and upper back releases. Use this class whenever you've been sitting hunched up at the computer or driving or ...anytime! It has really helped strengthen my neck!

17 min flow! Hams, extended linear stretch, quad stretch series! Woo Hoo!!!

18 min. side shoulder/hip somatic flow. Great move to loosen up your whole shoulder girdle and coordinate shoulder and hips like we do when walking!

18 min floor stretch - began with lower back and ab stretches with roll down, arch/flatten sit ups (powerful), SI release, Cat cow and done!

18 minute short flows to release neck and shoulder tension! Seated shoulder releases and onto floor for somatic neck release. Put this in your toolbox for when your neck and shoulders are tight!!

This 19 minute floor class began seated with some neck/back/spine stretches, crab claws seated, hip stretches, on to our sides for side series.

20 min floor stretch - crossed leg seated forward hip stretches with added activation, curl scoop, arm pumps and a neck stretch,lower leg, hip stretch in "yoga" position. Using a pandiculation to increase effectiveness of a yoga pose.

22 min stretch - outer hamstring release, spiral, lateral back, twist, floor for clock, little rocks, inner thigh release and big rocks up to seated v.

20 min floor stretch - began with lower back and ab stretches with roll down, arch/flatten sit ups (powerful), SI release, Cat cow and done!

20 min stretch on floor - hip releases, spirals, ham release, quad stretch and done!

20 min stretch - spine, pelvic rocks, spiral, seated lateral back stretch, seated twist, somatic seated twist, done!
